Pigeons are often referred to as ‘flying rats’ which is not an undeserved name.
Not only do they create a lot of mess but carry disease and encourage many different types of ectoparasites such as fleas and ticks which can in turn infest the area of pigeon habitat.
Once pigeons have established a nesting area they will remain there for life with the ability to bred throughout the year if conditions are favourable but generally breeding between March to July and living for up to 4 years.

One of Isca’s guys turned up at the agreed time the following day but on initial inspection he said he was sure that it wasn’t a wasps’ nest but a colony of some black flies the wasps were hunting.
